  • Clean trash can and recycle bin (3)

  • Replace Refrigerator Filter (1)

  • Seal potential leak points at entryways or windows (up to 4)

  • Replace Storm Door with Screen Door

  • Inspect Roof

  • Inspect Gutters

  • Inspect Exterior of House

  • Inspect basement for water damage and possible water points of entry

  • Inspect attic for water damage, signs of rodents & insulation

Fall
(October & November)

  • Replace 2 HVAC Filter with MERV 11

  • Clean Dryer Vent (1)

  • Replace batteries in smoke detectors (up to 2)

  • Each additional smoke detector $10 charge

  • Clean 1 garbage disposal 

  • Tune up of 1 major appliance

  • Clean Microwave / Range Filter

  • Inspect house for rodent/pests. Lay traps as needed (3)

  • Inspect for ants and lay traps as needed

  • Inspect fire extinguishers

  • Inspect Sump Pump

  • Check Foundation for Cracks or Damage

    You can add additional services as needed for a discounted rate. Contact us for more details.
  • How do I schedule my services?
    All services can be scheduled online. Our team will follow up with you to assist with scheduling each season as well.
  • Can I upgrade my plan?
    Yes, our plans run on a quarterly basis. You are able to upgrade your plan each quarter.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We currently service the 5 Philadelphia counties along with any vacation home you have within a 2 hour drive.
